Lily wears multiple hats at Alabama Surgical Arts; her claimed title is “Chief of Everything Officer.” Lily enjoys collaborating with her husband at work and helps others chase their dreams with her mentorship program, Dare to Be You.

When did you start your current job?

In August 2019 when my husband and I moved to Montgomery, AL to open Alabama Surgical Arts.

What is your main role at your company?

Chief of Everything Officer: everything from daily operations, management, financials, anything and everything to get it done.

What is your number one career accomplishment or highlight?

There are so many but my favorite has to be collaborating with my husband and working together to build our dream office.

How are you involved in your community?

I am very involved in the community via the Junior League of Montgomery, blood drives, sponsorships and my mentorship program: \’Dare to Be You\’.

What is your key to success?

Grit. Keep showing up and putting in the work. Everything that happens to you, good or bad, has a lesson that you learn from.
